Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)

The Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) course is based on the nationally accredited unit of competency SITHGAM006A. This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to satisfy the relevant State/Territory legislative requirements and codes of practice to provide responsible gambling services and to provide information and assistance to customers. In some States and Territories this is referred to as responsible conduct of gambling (RCG). This unit is appropriate for all staff working in a gambling environment.

From the 1st of October 2010 training in Responsible Service of Gambling is mandatory for people working in the gambling industry in Queensland. AOT has been accredited by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation to deliver this training. Complete this course and you will receive the OLGR QLD approved RSG certificate.
